New Whitepaper: Electronic KANBAN Business Process available

The Inventory Visibility and Interoperability Electronic Kanban Business Process whitepaper is now available from Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG).

Electronic Kanban as a business process facilitates real-time, interactive decision making, including giving both customer and supplier a Web view of Kanban signals. This new white paper from AIAG documents the business process for electronic Kanban facilitated by inventory visibility tools and defines a common electronic Kanban process that is straight forward to deploy and scalable across the supply chain. In addition, it provides best practices for interoperable electronic signaling process for Kanban that can be enabled for trading partners, both large and small, in the automotive supply chain.

The solution complements current EDI practices and can be implemented using existing and emerging technologies.
